Our Cancellation Policy at a Glance
We know travel plans can change. This policy explains what happens to your payment if you cancel a Holy Ziyarat booking.
The time is counted from when we receive your cancellation to the scheduled pickup time.

Why We Ask You to Book in Advance
We recommend booking at least 5 days before your journey. Advance booking helps us confirm the right vehicle and plan your route properly. It also gives you better prices and more flexibility if your plans change.
Bookings made with less than 5 days’ notice are short-notice bookings. These cost more because we have less time to arrange the vehicle and driver. We always show you the price before you confirm.
How to Cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your name, booking details and pickup date. We will confirm your cancellation and the refund amount in writing.
The refund tier depends on when we receive your message, not on when you decided to cancel. Please message us as early as you can.
How Refunds Work
- We refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are made in the same currency you paid in.
- How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Any short-notice supplement is refunded under the same tiers as the rest of your booking.
Changing Your Booking
Changes to your date, time, pickup point or vehicle are free if you make them 48 hours or more before pickup, subject to availability. Later changes may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
If We Cancel
If we have to cancel your booking, for example because a vehicle is unavailable, we will tell you as soon as possible. You can choose a full refund or a new booking at no extra cost.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events we cannot control. This includes severe weather, road closures, government or site access restrictions, and changes to Hajj or Umrah arrangements. We will work with you to find a solution, and we will refund any part of your booking we could not provide.
