1. About These Terms

These terms apply when you book a service with Holy Ziyarat Ltd (“Holy Ziyarat”, “we”, “us”). Holy Ziyarat Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17534607. Our registered office is Office 2112, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms, our Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before you book.

2. Our Services

We provide private transportation for pilgrims in Saudi Arabia. This includes airport transfers, intercity transfers (such as Makkah to Madinah, and day trips to Taif and Badr) and Ziyarat tours within Makkah and Madinah.

We also publish Ziyarat guides on this website. These guides are for general information only. They are not religious rulings. For questions of fiqh, please ask a qualified scholar.

3. Booking and Confirmation

We recommend booking at least 5 days before your journey.
To book, send us your travel dates, flight details if relevant, group size, pickup location and the places you want to visit.
We will send you a quote. A booking is confirmed once we receive your payment and send you a written confirmation.
Please check your confirmation carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in British pounds (GBP, £).
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, unless we tell you otherwise.
Bookings made with less than 5 days’ notice are short-notice bookings and cost more. We show the price before you confirm.
The price we quote is the price you pay for the service described in your confirmation. Any extra charge, such as a long waiting time or an added stop, will be agreed with you first.
If you pay from a non-UK account, your bank or card provider may charge its own currency or card fees. We do not control these.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Our Cancellation Policy explains refunds and changes. In short, you receive a full refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before pickup, and an 80% refund if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before pickup.

6. Pickups, Waiting and Delays

Please be ready at the agreed pickup point and time.
For airport pickups, give us your flight details when you book. If your flight is delayed, tell us as soon as you can and we will try to adjust your pickup.
If a long wait is needed, we will tell you about any extra charge before it applies.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, queues at borders or sites, or other events outside our control.

7. Vehicles, Passengers and Luggage

Your vehicle is chosen for your group size and luggage. Please do not exceed the seats or luggage space of the vehicle you booked.
We may use a vehicle of the same or higher class if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
Tell us in advance if you travel with young children, elderly passengers or anyone who needs extra help, so we can plan.

8. Your Responsibilities

We may refuse or end a journey, without refund, if a passenger’s behaviour puts others at risk.

9. Ziyarat Sites and Access

Opening hours, access rules and booking systems at holy sites can change without notice. Some sites may be closed or restricted on the day. We will do our best to offer an alternative, but we cannot guarantee access to any site.

10. Our Responsibility to You

We will provide your service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed flight connection caused by events outside our control.

11. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for failing to provide a service because of events outside our reasonable control. This includes severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, changes to Hajj or Umrah arrangements, and vehicle breakdown despite proper maintenance. We will tell you as soon as possible and refund any part of the service we could not provide.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us as soon as you can, ideally during your journey, so we can put it right. You can also contact us afterwards, and we will look into it fairly.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you book are the ones that apply to your booking.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
